Bryan Bertrand 
Principal
Bryan has over 39 years of experience in the construction industry. He was previously a certified professional estimator through the ASPE organization. He obtains pricing information, takes off quantities from design and contract documents, and surveys the locale of the project. Bryan is also responsible for preparing pre-construction and construction schedules, constructability reviews, and developing project budgets.
Beyond experience as a Chief Cost Engineer, Bryan has developed a diverse knowledge of all aspects of design and construction. Bryan collaborates closely with other members of the design team and promotes the use of Building Systems Cost Management Reports as a decision-making tool throughout the design process.
Greg Snyder 
Principal
Greg has over 20 years of experience in the construction industry. He started in the industry framing homes while in college, eventually moving on to commercial construction. After graduation, he worked in the field as an Assistant Project Manager and Construction Manager before shifting focus to cost estimating. He still uses this hands-on knowledge while performing quantity takeoff and putting together thorough and detailed cost estimates for all phases of design.
In his roles as Cost/Scheduling Manager and Senior Cost Estimator, Greg has accumulated extensive experience and knowledge of the design and construction processes. Working closely with design teams, he’s developed the ability to adapt and tailor cost reports to the specific needs of a project, creating an effective decision-making tool for project design teams and Project Owners.
